Return Policy

Snuggle Courier will make a refund, resend or accept the return for any of the following cases (with exceptions)

Accepted Cases

Delayed Arrival

Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or expires 60 days after orders depart from our warehouses. With the exception for the following countries.

- USA, 45 days

- Brazil, 110 days

Order not Received

If you do not receive a package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

Snuggle Courier will not provide refunds or resends if the tracking information states that product has been delivered.

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at leimdavid412@gmail.com. Providing photo evidence of the damage.

Snuggle Courier offers a full refund or replacement if the products arrives badly damaged.

Incorrect Product

Snuggle Courier takes pride in our strict quality control process before products are dispatched. Snuggle Courier will deal with incorrect products as follows:

- Incorrect product, Snuggle Courier offers a full refund or replacement.

- Products with wrong type or size*, Snuggle Courier offers a refund or replacement if provided with a picture of package upon delivery.

*For size problems, Snuggle Courier requires a proof of incorrect measurements.

Limited Destinations

Due to limited international transportation, Snuggle Courier will not provide any refund, resends, or accept returns if product is shipped to the following countries:

Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Georgia, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen.

Africa:

Force Majeure

Snuggle Courier takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by greater forces of nature or conflict, including but not limited to: geopolitical conflict and natural disasters.
